Who we are
Cybecs Security Solutions Ltd ("Cybecs," "we," "us") is an Israeli-founded cybersecurity company serving organizations locally and internationally. This policy explains what information cybecs.com collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website only, not to services delivered separately under a client engagement.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly through our website forms:
- Contact form: name, work email, company, and the message you submit.
- Careers form: name, email, area of interest, optional LinkedIn URL, an optional message, and the CV/resume file you upload.
These forms are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery provider that transmits your submission to us by email. We do not operate our own form-processing infrastructure, and the website itself does not maintain a persistent local database of form submissions or CVs. Web3Forms may temporarily retain submitted information as part of its service, and storage cannot currently be disabled on our active Web3Forms plan; we periodically delete submissions from the Web3Forms dashboard where possible, in line with our data-minimization practices. See Recruitment and CV Submissions below for how this applies to job applications specifically.
We do not collect payment information, and we do not operate e-commerce or checkout functionality on this website.
Service providers
We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate this website: a hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) to serve the site and to measure aggregate traffic through Cloudflare Web Analytics, and a form-delivery provider (Web3Forms) to route form submissions to us by email. We do not use these providers' data for advertising, and we do not sell information to them or anyone else.
International transfers
Our hosting and form-delivery providers operate global infrastructure, so information you submit may be processed on servers located outside Israel. We rely on these providers' own data-protection commitments and select providers with recognized security practices. We do not represent that information submitted through this website always remains within Israel.
Cookies and similar technology
With your analytics consent, we measure page views, contact clicks, assessment completions and successful form submissions. A random visit identifier is kept in session storage and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. Events include time, page path, general referral source, a valid campaign identifier, approximate country and screen category. We do not store IP addresses, contact details or form contents in this measurement database. Events are retained in Cloudflare for up to 90 days. You can withdraw consent through Cookie Preferences. Cloudflare Web Analytics continues to provide separate aggregate, cookieless measurement.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a job application, or otherwise fulfill the purpose you submitted it for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We retain information submitted through our contact form only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected - for example, for the duration of a sales conversation and any applicable business-record obligations. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below. Recruitment submissions are addressed separately, immediately below.
Recruitment and CV Submissions
On this website: the careers form is used only to route your application to Cybecs. The website itself does not maintain a candidate database, a submissions table, or any persistent local copy of your application or CV.
Through our form-delivery provider: your application and CV are processed through Web3Forms and sent to office@cybecs.com. Web3Forms may temporarily retain the submitted data and attached CV file as part of its service, and storage cannot currently be disabled on our active Web3Forms plan. Cybecs periodically reviews and deletes submissions from the Web3Forms dashboard where possible, in line with our data-minimization practices.
In our corporate email: your application and CV may also remain in Cybecs' corporate email environment for legitimate recruitment and business-record purposes. We do not request sensitive information such as ID numbers, date of birth, health information, marital status, salary history, or demographic information as part of the application form.
You may request deletion of your application and CV at any time by contacting office@cybecs.com, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@cybecs.com.
